​Helen grew up in Rosemount Minnesota. In 8th grade, she began to train with Brian and Will at MSB. Helen attended Rosemount high school and played 6 years of JV/Varsity. She graduated from Rosemount in 2021 and spent a year at Oakland University playing Division 1 college basketball. Helen is currently playing Division 2 basketball at Upper Iowa University, majoring in Business with a plan to graduate in 2024 and start her master's. Helen holds the Rosemount school record for assists, and rebounds, and is a thousand-point scorer. She was also named a Captain her junior and senior year of high school. Helen is excited to help young athletes grow mentally and physically throughout her time at MSB.
